Learning Outcomes

Class Structure
The kids will practice partner drills, agility drills, padwork and controlled sparring to help them develop coordination, reflexes and muscle memory. Progression
Kids Belts
|
We use a system of coloured belts to denote ability and mark progression. Beginners start at white belt and slowly work their way up through the ranks, with 4 stripes to be earned per belt. The belts serve as an important marker of progress and provides tangible goals for students to pursue. Promotions are based solely on performance. The diagram shows the children belt ranks (below 16yrs). Upon reaching 16 years of age, a childs belt will automatically be converted to the equivalent adult rank.
